This was my first tattoo: a hot dog wearing a crown of thorns. I wanted to get something that had no meaning - that is, something that wasn’t directly attached to anything in my life, lest it become corrupt and I grew to hate the tattoo. I came up with this idea completely at random, and the thought passed through my mind “wouldn’t it be funny if…”. After a little over a year of pondering, it became almost necessary for me to commit this to my body. As time goes on, it’s gaining it’s own meaning - when I’m stressing, down, or even just bored, I can always look down at it and be reminded not to take life (or myself) too seriously. I love this little guy,

uh…..not quite. i probably wouldn’t want a lot of brooklyn hipsters in my neighborhood either.

where would brooklyn hipsters live if not in brooklyn? the reason for getting rid of the bike lanes in the first place is what I have a problem with. maybe the hasids should stop being a bunch of wieners.

I work a front desk job at my university’s freshman advising office, i’m virtually a secretary. SO, today, this woman comes in and needs some form signed and in her bag there is a lovely tiny little pug puppy. i’m freaking out because i rarely see anything cute at work, and no, freshman are NOT cute, and i may or may not have been looking at cuteoverload earlier. So i’m IMing some advisors to see if anyone can help out (we use AIM? i dunno) and i ask this one advisor cause i think she’ll appreciate the puppy and this is the
